Polaris Aftermarket Carburetor Rebuild Kit for Various 2003-2005 550 Model Snowmobiles

Kits include all of the necessary components to repair a carburetor.  Models with more than one carburetor will include components to repair all carburetors.

Kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and float valve needle with seat.

OEM jet sizes are included in the kit.  There are 3 different main jet sizes and 2 different pilot jet sizes included in this kit.  Some models will use main jet #270 for the carburetor on the mag side and main jet #280 for the carburetor on the PTO side.  A few models will use main jet #290 for both carburetors.  Make sure to use the correct size for your application.

NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets.  NBR has excellent resistance to the ethanol used in today's fuels.

Applications that use paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded to High Performance Interface Gasket material.

Efforts were made to ensure the correct OEM sizes for the various jets and needles included in these kits.  Due to differences in elevation, temperature, and location of manufacturing, some jets and/or needles might not be optimum for your machine in your area.  Please insure you understand how to properly set the jets and needles on your carburetor for your machine and location.
