Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your order quickly and for a fair price.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We ship merchandise via UPS, FedEx, USPS and SPEE-DEE. Shipping cost to any location in the lower 48 US states is only $6.99 regardless of amount of order via a carrier of our choice (Except for items marked otherwise such as oil or oversized items).

We are able to ship orders to almost anywhere in the world! Our website will automatically give you the shipping cost during the checkout process.

Although the shipping cost quoted is accurate over 99.9% of the time, mistakes are occasionally made and we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost after you place your order. If this happens, we will contact you first before an adjustment is made.

Backorders:
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when available unless you indicate no backorders. If you do not want us to hold a backorder, please call 1-800-826-8563 or e-mail sales@mfgsupply.com and cancel the item(s) ordered.

Damaged Shipments:
Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material. Keep the shipping carton. Hold the goods. Call 1-800-826-8563 or e-mail sales@mfgsupply.com for instructions. Note: You must report damaged goods or shortages within 10 days of date of invoice.
