Go-Kart DIY Kit

This Go-Kart kit is a fun and excellent project for yourself and your family. This Go-Kart kit includes everything you need to build a Go-Kart except the engine, clutch, chain guard and paint. The sturdy double tube frame is jig-welded from 1" x .083" wall tubing. Comes complete with steering hoop, engine mounting plate, spindle brackets, 5" sawtooth/knobby tires, tubes, 5" nylon wheels, brake assembly, pedals, steering wheel, seat, and live axle assembly. If you use our engines you will need four 5/16" x 2" bolts with washers, lock washers & nuts to attach the engine to the frame. Use a 5/16x1" fine threaded bolt with a 1-1/8" diameter washer to attach the centrifugal clutch to the engine. Make sure to read all instructions with the engine & clutch to verify these sizes.
